Amazing place with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff helped me find transport on my first stay, which I remember fondly. I'd recommend taking advantage of their luggage storage.

The rooms fashionable, functional with facilities, a nice view, as example. Great and fantastic location right next to Pombaline Downtown. Public parking nearby provided.

Just spent 3 nights at Behotelisboa and it was fantastic! Super friendly staff, especially Andre' who helped with my late check-in and even carried my luggage. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the location couldn't be better, right near everything! A bit noisy at night, but worth it.

The room was clean and spacious with a great view of the lively street below. Breakfast featured a satisfying variety of fresh options, and the strong water pressure in the shower was a definite highlight. A few minor concerns included some street noise during the night and inconsistent housekeeping with occasional lapses, like leaving used glasses rather than replacing them daily. Location-wise, it couldn't be better. Very central and within walking distance to major sites. Those little hitches didn't overshadow the pleasant experience I had at this charming hotel.
